Idea/Objective/Challenge
Kolibro company, an unquestionable expert in the field of solutions related to the implementation of internal communication tools, intranet applications and systems, wished to initiate a sector-wide discussion concerning the standards of internal communication in Poland, knowledge management in organisations and the use of modern techniques of communication with employees. The European Internal Communication & Intranet Meeting (EICIM) was the first platform in Poland for the exchange of thoughts, experiences and contacts established for the IC (Internal Communication) specialists, including the individuals responsible for knowledge management and for internal communication technological facilities.
Realisation
- Support in the preparation of the Congress programme along with a selection of Polish and foreign speakers, panellists for panel discussions and developing content issues for panel participants and panel moderators
- Analysis of the starting point regarding the market of internal communication in Poland, already existing events in the field in Europe and in the world
- Event Management, i.e. the so-called comprehensive event organisation in terms of logistics and organisation, including event branding
- Planning and implementation of public relations activities involving the event promotion
- Enlisting content and media partners for the event
- Providing support to the speakers, panellists and the individuals running the Congress and panel discussions
- Operating the Congress Organisation Bureau
- Operating the Congress Press Office

- Strengthening Kolibro brand awareness among the representatives of the greatest companies in Poland representing: financial, insurance, FMCG, automotive, power, high technology and other sectors
- An increase in the number of enquiries related to the field of internal communication and Intranets offered by Kolibro
- More than 300 participants of the event representing the largest companies in Poland
