The objective of conducting the simulation was to perform an analysis of individual stages of organizing and investors’ visit, starting with the initiation of the first contacts, through the conduct of the actual meeting, and concluding with the contacts following the end of the visit.
Citybell Consulting auditors conducted an analysis of standards, they checked reaction time, knowledge, consultancy, quality of communication with a potential investor, the ability of identifying investor’s needs, the manner of offer presentation, and the ability to answer investors’ questions and dispel any of their doubts.
